Important Information About Time Out and Self-Exclusion
Time Out periods cannot be changed once requested. Your account will automatically reactivate when the selected time ends - no need to contact us.
Self-Exclusion is more long-term and cannot be modified or reversed during the exclusion period. After this period passes, you can request reactivation, which is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
Please do not try to bypass a Time Out or Self-Exclusion by creating new accounts or using different emails. Doing so may result in a permanent ban. We are not responsible for any activity or Gold Coin purchases made on accounts created to avoid these tools.
We will not contact you about reactivating your account after Self-Exclusion. It will remain in place until you choose to request a reopening.
In some situations, we may place restrictions on your account-either temporarily or permanently - if we believe it’s in your best interest for player safety.
