How can I request Self-Exclusion?
If you'd like to take a break from playing, simply visit our Player Trust & Safety Controls to apply it or contact our Customer Support Team to request Self-Exclusion.
To help us locate your account, please include:
- Your full name
- Your address
- The email associated with your account
In some cases, we may ask for additional details to verify your identity.
During your Self-Exclusion period, you won’t be able to access your account.
Ready to return?
If you'd like to come back after your exclusion period, just reach out to our Customer Support Team to request reinstatement. A 24-hours waiting period must pass before we review and confirm your request. Please note, account reopening is at our sole discretion.
