Once we’ve verified your details, we’ll process your request as soon as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email once Self-Exclusion (or Time Out) has been successfully applied.
Important: If you continue to use your account before we confirm your request has been applied, you will remain responsible for any activity, including Gold Coin purchases.
