Step 1: Check Your Setup
- What device are you using? (PC, Mac, Android, iPhone)
- Which browser are you on? (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.
Step 2: Clear Your Cache, Cookies & History
Over time, stored data can cause glitches. Clearing these often fixes performance issues:
- Cache: Saves website files; clearing it helps with slow or glitchy games
- Cookies: Store preferences and login info; clearing fixes errors
- History: Tracks sites visited; good to clear for privacy, especially on shared devices
How to Clear Your Browser Data:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac), select "All time," check Cookies & Cache, then Clear Data
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+Delete / Cmd+Shift+Delete, select "Everything," check Cookies & Cache, then Clear Now
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All > Remove Now
- Edge: Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select "All time," check Cookies & Cache, then Clear
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select necessary options, then Delete
- iPhone/iPad Safari: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
- Android Chrome: Menu > History > Clear browsing data > Select Cookies & Cache > Clear Data
